Your use of the website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the confidentiality rules and online selling conditions when you make a purchase. YUKI MITSUYASU PTE.LTD. ("YUKI MITSUYASU") may make changes to these Terms and Conditions, the fact of using the site after the change implies that you agree to comply with and be bound by these modified Terms and Conditions.

Copyright, designs, logo and all other intellectual property and material rights on this website are property of YUKI MITSUYASU. You are not permitted to copy, download, adopt or change images and content of this website without the prior written permission of YUKI MITSUYASU.

Terms for sale of products

When you place an order to purchase a product from yukimitsuyasu.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

We show availability information for all products on the website on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable or will incur dispatch delays.

Delivery of orders

All parcels will need to be signed for in person. In the event that no one is available to receive the item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible subject to product availability and clearance of payment. However, please note that delivery can take up to 4 weeks to 6 weeks depending on stock availability.

Overseas deliveries

Please note that all items on yukimitsuyasu.com are sent from Singapore. When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. If the package is rejected by the customs of your country and returned to YUKI MITSUYASU, we regret that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Postage Delays

Delivery times are only estimates and YUKI MITSUYASU do not take any responsibilities in case of any delays.

Returns and Refunds

Items can be returned within 7 days after receiving your parcel, but please contact YUKI MITSUYASU before sending any item back. You will receive a full refund of the item, providing the item is not worn, not used, not damaged and in its original packaging.

YUK MITSUYASU will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged in anyway. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been damaged, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return it.

We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside Singapore.

YUKI MITSUYASU will not refund the original delivery charges or the delivery cost of returned items unless it is our error. Please note that all commissions / bespoke items are non-returnable.

Money will only be refunded after the return item reaches YUKI MITSUYASU.

For an exchange, please be aware that new item will only be shipped after return item reaches YUKI MITSUYASU.

YUKI MITSUYASU WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to your participation in the workshop (“Workshop”) which is organised by YUKI MITSUYASU PTE.LTD. ("YUKI MITSUYASU").

By registering for, or participating in the Workshop you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions herein without limitation or reservation. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for, or participating in the Workshop.

YUKI MITSUYASU reserves the sole discretion to cancel or amend the Workshop (including but not limited to the Workshop name, fees, content, venue and time) or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted in these Terms and Conditions.

Workshop and Registration

The Workshop will be conducted as per your email confirmation.
Acceptance of registration is strictly based on space availability and conditioned upon clearance of payment (via Paypal). A confirmation e-mail notification will be sent to all accepted participants (“Confirmation E-mail”). If you do not receive the Confirmation E-mail, your participation for the Workshop is not confirmed.

Substitution and Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your attendance after your registration has been accepted and the Confirmation E-mail has been sent to you, you will not be eligible for any refund. However a transfer of your registration to another person will be accepted.
For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that you are unable to attend the Workshop for any reason whatsoever or you are only able to attend a part of the Workshop, no refund (or part thereof) of the Workshop Fee will be given.
In the event that the Workshop is completely cancelled by YUKI MITSUYASU, the Workshop Fee will be refunded to you within a reasonable amount of time.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

YUK MITSUYASU is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by you in registering for, or participating in the Workshop; or as a result of you registering for or participating in the Workshop. By registering for, or participating in the Workshop, you agree that no claim shall be asserted against YUKI MITSUYASU for any and all losses (including any special, indirect or consequential losses), damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from or arising out of or in connection with the Workshop, including without limitation, any property damage, personal injuries or death (where allowed by law), or damage or loss caused by a third party.
